These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SafeTow's towing and roadside assistance services and our website. By requesting a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Last Updated: March 1, 2026.
SafeTow provides vehicle towing, flatbed transport, roadside assistance, and related services throughout the United States. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in situations where driver safety could be compromised.
When you contact SafeTow, you authorize us to dispatch a tow truck operator to your provided location. ETAs are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions. SafeTow is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Payment is due upon completion of the tow or roadside service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Quoted rates are estimates; final charges may differ if the scope of service changes (e.g., additional mileage, specialty equipment required). You will be informed of any changes before they are applied.
SafeTow carries commercial towing liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Our drivers document vehicle condition before hooking up. If you believe damage occurred during towing, you must report it before the driver leaves the delivery site. Claims reported after the driver departs may be denied.
If you cancel a service request after a driver has been dispatched and is en route, a dispatch fee of up to $35 may apply. No charge is applied if you cancel before a driver is assigned.
SafeTow's total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of a vehicle, missed appointments, or rental car costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.
